A collaboration agreement will be signed with a local cattle-raising community enterprise, followed by a study visit to the Suranaree University of Technology’s standardized beef slaughterhouse and processing plant. The aim is to co-develop and enhance cattle farming management systems and beef carcass quality analysis using artificial intelligence technology. Additionally, technology transfer initiatives will be implemented to facilitate the practical application of these technologies.
